Who maintains and administers the contributions to the Dryer Vent Squad Advertising Cooperative?

According to Dryer Vent Squad's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Advertising Cooperative maintains and administers all contributions in accordance with the documents governing the Advertising Cooperative. The Advertising Cooperative is operated solely for the purpose of collecting and spending the cooperative's fees as outlined in Article 9.C.

Franchisees are required to contribute to the Advertising Cooperative in amounts determined by the cooperative itself or as specified in the governing documents. However, these contributions cannot exceed the franchisee's local minimum marketing obligations as detailed in Article 9.B of the Franchise Agreement. Furthermore, any contributions made to the Advertising Cooperative count towards fulfilling the franchisee's minimum local marketing obligations.

Franchisees must also submit statements and reports to both the Advertising Cooperative and Dryer Vent Squad, as required by the cooperative and approved by Dryer Vent Squad. It's important to note that no marketing materials, plans, or media can be used by the Advertising Cooperative or its members without prior written approval from Dryer Vent Squad. Dryer Vent Squad also has the right to modify the rules and regulations established in the Operations Manual, which the Advertising Cooperative must comply with.
