What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Dryer Vent Squad's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program utilizes manuals, live instruction, and handouts as instructional materials. The CEO, Leo Goldberger, directs and supervises the initial training. Some training may also be conducted through Zoom programs.
Dryer Vent Squad franchisees and their managers will use these materials during the initial training program to learn the Dryer Vent Squad system. The manuals will likely contain detailed operating procedures, standards, and best practices. Live instruction allows for real-time interaction with trainers and other franchisees, while handouts may provide supplementary information and quick references.
Dryer Vent Squad may update or modify these materials over time. Franchisees should ensure they have the most current versions of the manuals and handouts to stay compliant with the Dryer Vent Squad system standards. The use of Zoom programs indicates that Dryer Vent Squad is leveraging technology to deliver training, which could offer flexibility and accessibility for franchisees.
