What is the initial franchise fee for a double territory Dryer Vent Squad franchise?

According to Dryer Vent Squad's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a double territory is $70,000. A prospective franchisee should note that the size and population of a single territory is determined by Dryer Vent Squad.

This initial franchise fee grants the franchisee the non-exclusive license and right to develop and operate a Dryer Vent Squad business within the designated operating territory. The operating territory will be designated in Schedule 1 of the Franchise Agreement and will be comprised of either a Single Territory or a Double Territory, as identified in Schedule 2 of the Franchise Agreement.

It is important to note that the franchisee's administrative office must be located within the operating territory and be approved by Dryer Vent Squad. The franchisee may only operate the franchised business within their operating territory and offer and sell approved services and products within that territory, adhering to the System standards designated by Dryer Vent Squad in the Operations Manual.

Dryer Vent Squad and its affiliates will not operate or grant another franchise the right to operate a Dryer Vent Squad business using the Licensed Marks and System within the franchisee's operating territory, provided the franchisee remains in compliance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement. These rights are subject to all terms and conditions of the agreement, the rights of any prior user, and are non-exclusive and subordinate to the Reserved Rights.
