If permitted by law, you may manage your Dryer Vent Squad Business from a home based administrative office.
If you elect to lease a back-end administrative office and/or operations center, your administrative office and/or operations center must be located within your Operating Territory and be approved by us;

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Dryer Vent Squad's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee elects to lease a back-end administrative office and/or operations center, it must be located within the franchisee's Operating Territory. Furthermore, the location of the administrative office and/or operations center must be approved by Dryer Vent Squad.
Dryer Vent Squad also states that franchisees may manage their business from a home-based administrative office, if permitted by local law. This provides flexibility for franchisees who prefer to avoid the costs associated with leasing a separate office space.
Dryer Vent Squad also states that they will respond to a franchisee's request for approval or disapproval of the proposed location of their administrative office within 30 days of receiving all required information and documentation. Factors considered for approval include the characteristics of the proposed site, whether it meets the criteria for non-retail back-office operations, and its location relative to the franchisee's Operating Territory and proximity to other franchisee territories.
