If Dryer Vent Squad appoints a manager, does this relieve the Dryer Vent Squad franchisee of their obligations?

According to the 2024 Dryer Vent Squad Franchise Disclosure Document, the appointment of a manager by Dryer Vent Squad does not relieve the franchisee of their obligations under the franchise agreement. This holds true even if Dryer Vent Squad appoints a manager to oversee the Dryer Vent Squad business. The franchisee remains responsible for fulfilling all obligations outlined in the agreement, including those specified in Article 14.D.
