Can a Dryer Vent Squad franchisee use the Know-How in any business other than the Franchised Business?

According to the 2024 Dryer Vent Squad FDD, a franchisee's ability to use the brand's Know-How in other ventures is restricted, especially upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement. Upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must permanently cease using the System, which includes the Know-How.
