If permitted by law, you may manage your Dryer Vent Squad Business from a home based administrative office.
If you elect to lease a back-end administrative office and/or operations center, your administrative office and/or operations center must be located within your Operating Territory and be approved by us;

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Dryer Vent Squad Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may operate their business from a home-based administrative office, if permitted by local law. If a franchisee chooses to lease a separate administrative office or operations center, the location must be within the designated operating territory and approved by Dryer Vent Squad.
Dryer Vent Squad does not mandate a specific timeframe for securing a commercial office space, as franchisees can manage their business from home. However, if a franchisee chooses a physical location, Dryer Vent Squad must approve it. The franchisor will evaluate the site based on its characteristics, suitability for non-retail back-office operations, and its location relative to the franchisee's operating territory and other franchisees.
It is the franchisee's responsibility to ensure the chosen site complies with all local laws and regulations, and that all necessary licenses and authorizations are obtained to operate the Dryer Vent Squad business. Failure to meet Dryer Vent Squad's site selection requirements may result in termination of the Franchise Agreement without any refund of fees.
