We reserve the right to implement exclusive provider arrangements. We may negotiate group rates, including price terms, for the purchase of equipment and supplies necessary for the establishment and/or operation of the Franchised Business. Presently there are no purchase or supply agreements in effect for source restricted products or services and there are no purchasing or distribution cooperatives that you must join. You will not receive any material benefits for using designated or approved suppliers.
Purchase Agreements and Cooperatives
We may, in our discretion, negotiate purchase agreements, including price terms, with designated suppliers for source restricted goods and services on behalf of the System. We may establish preferred vendor programs with suppliers on behalf of some or all of the Dryer Vent Squad Businesses under the System and, in doing so, we may limit the number of approved vendors and/or suppliers that you may purchase from and we may designate one vendor as your sole supplier. Presently there are no purchase or supply agreements in effect for source restricted products or services and there are no purchasing or distribution cooperatives that you must join. You will not receive any material benefits for using our designated or approved suppliers.
Our Right to Receive Compensation and Our Revenue from Source Restricted Purchases
We and/or our affiliates may receive rebates, payments and other material benefits from suppliers based on franchisee purchases and we reserve the right to institute and expand rebate programs in the future. As of December 31, 2021, we have not received revenue from suppliers of franchisee purchases of source restricted products or services.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Dryer Vent Squad's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not currently required to join any purchasing or distribution cooperatives. The FDD states that there are no purchase or supply agreements in effect for source restricted products or services, and there are no purchasing or distribution cooperatives that franchisees must join at this time. However, Dryer Vent Squad retains the right to implement exclusive provider arrangements and negotiate group rates for equipment and supplies. They may also establish preferred vendor programs and limit the number of approved vendors.
Dryer Vent Squad may negotiate purchase agreements with designated suppliers for source restricted goods and services on behalf of the System. They may also establish preferred vendor programs with suppliers, potentially limiting the number of approved vendors or designating a sole supplier. While there are no current requirements to join cooperatives, Dryer Vent Squad reserves the right to implement such arrangements in the future.
Although franchisees are not currently required to participate in any purchasing cooperatives, Dryer Vent Squad and its affiliates may receive rebates, payments, or other benefits from suppliers based on franchisee purchases.
