What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Dryer Vent Squad's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Business Management System utilized by franchisees can have data entered by either the franchisor or the franchisee. The Business Management System is defined as the software and systems used in the operation of the Dryer Vent Squad business. The data within this system includes forms, customer information, inventory, and sales information.
This means that as a Dryer Vent Squad franchisee, you may be responsible for entering data into the system. However, the franchisor also has the ability to input data. This could include updates to the system, marketing information, or customer data from a centralized call center.
It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand what data they will be responsible for entering and what data the franchisor will handle. Understanding the roles and responsibilities related to the Business Management System is crucial for efficient operations and communication between the franchisee and franchisor.
