Contact Center Services Presently we do not offer or provide Contact Center Services but reserve the right to do so in the future.
If we elect to offer Contact Center Services or designated a third party supplier to provide Contact Services, you will be required to exclusively use the Contact Center Services that we designate.
Contact Center Services may include phone based communications and other forms of customer engagement focused on new customer inquiries, scheduling estimate, service visits, and responding to customer service issues.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Dryer Vent Squad Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryer Vent Squad does not currently offer or provide contact center services. However, Dryer Vent Squad retains the right to offer these services in the future.
If Dryer Vent Squad decides to offer contact center services or designates a third-party supplier to provide them, franchisees will be required to exclusively use the designated contact center services. These services may include phone-based communications and other forms of customer engagement. For a prospective franchisee, this means that while you are initially responsible for handling all customer inquiries and scheduling, this could change. Dryer Vent Squad may implement a centralized contact center in the future, which you would be obligated to use. This could impact your operational costs and how you interact with customers, potentially streamlining certain processes but also removing some direct control.
