What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dq Treat FDD, Professional Services are distinct from the standard 'Services' provided to franchisees. The 'Services' refer to Punchh's proprietary software as a service (SaaS) solution, accessible via their online platform, which enables franchisees to design, execute, manage, and analyze Promotional Programs.
Professional Services, on the other hand, encompass implementation, mobile application development, consulting, or other specialized services performed by Punchh. These Professional Services are not included in the standard 'Services' package.
If a Dq Treat franchisee wishes to obtain Professional Services from Punchh, it will be subject to additional fees and governed by the terms and conditions outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). This SOW will be incorporated as part of the agreement between the franchisee and Punchh. Therefore, franchisees should anticipate that any implementation, consulting, or development support will incur extra costs beyond the standard service fees.
