What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dq Treat Franchise Disclosure Document, People, PRIDE and Profit Training, also known as phase 3, must be completed before the store opens. This training lasts for 4 days.
This requirement ensures that franchisees and their managers are properly trained in the brand's operational standards, customer service protocols, and financial management practices before they begin serving customers. Completing this training before opening is a condition for operating the Dq Treat store.
Phase 3 training takes place at ADQ's franchisee support center or another location designated by ADQ. The FDD states that ADQ may conduct phase 3 training online or virtually if circumstances warrant. Dq Treat requires attendees to bring a laptop or tablet with internet access to in-store training.
