According to Dq Treat's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated cost for construction consultation services for a street location ranges from $0 to $7,500. This fee is paid in a lump sum prior to the consultation with ADQ.
Dq Treat requires franchisees to consult with them on preopening construction and equipment installation. Franchisees must also sign a construction consultation services agreement.
