Information regarding Operated Locations, Participating Franchisee or Sub-Franchisee's Designated Locations is set forth in the Schedule of Designated Locations, attached hereto as Exhibit B.
During the Term, Operated Locations, Participating Franchisee or Sub-Franchisee shall notify GIFT of any changes necessary to keep Exhibit B updated, including, without limitation, any restaurant transfers or closures, and this Participation Agreement shall no longer apply with respect to such Designated Locations and, to the extent that Operated Locations, Participating Franchisee or Sub-Franchisee acquires an additional Designated Location, this Participation Agreement shall apply with respect to such new Designated Location.
Each time Card Transactions are authorized at a Designated Location of Operated Locations, Participating Franchisee or Sub-Franchisee, Operated Locations, Participating Franchisee or Sub-Franchisee represents and warrants that Exhibit B is a complete list of its Designated Locations, and that the information contained therein is true and correct.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dq Treat FDD, franchisees participating in the stored value card program must keep Exhibit B, the Schedule of Designated Locations, up to date. This exhibit lists the Dairy Queen store number and address for each location participating in the program.
During the term of the Participation Agreement, Dq Treat franchisees must notify GIFT (First Data Resources, LLC) of any changes necessary to keep Exhibit B current. This includes, but is not limited to, any restaurant transfers or closures. If a location is transferred or closed, the Participation Agreement no longer applies to that specific location. Conversely, if a franchisee acquires an additional Designated Location, the Participation Agreement automatically extends to cover the new location.
Each time a card transaction is authorized at a Designated Location, the Dq Treat franchisee represents and warrants that Exhibit B is a complete and accurate list of all Designated Locations. This ongoing obligation ensures that GIFT maintains an accurate database of participating locations for the stored value card program.
