What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dq Treat FDD, the definition of 'Upgrades' to the Services does not include additional modules for the Services, or new products or services that Punchh may make available from time to time.

In simpler terms, while 'Upgrades' generally refer to fixes, updates, enhancements, or upgrades to the existing services provided to Dq Treat franchisees, it specifically excludes any entirely new modules, products, or services that Punchh (the service provider) might introduce later on.

This means that Dq Treat franchisees should not automatically assume that new offerings from Punchh are included within the scope of their existing service agreement and may need to pay additional fees to access these new modules, products, or services.
