What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dq Treat FDD, debit entries for Data Central Services will appear on the franchisee's account as being initiated by "RESTAURANT MAGIC". This information is provided within the context of an ACH (Automated Clearing House) debit authorization agreement required for franchisees.

This means that when Dq Treat franchisees review their bank statements or online banking activity, any ACH debits related to Data Central Services will not be directly identified as "Dq Treat" or "Data Central Services." Instead, the transaction will be labeled as originating from "RESTAURANT MAGIC." Franchisees should be aware of this designation to properly reconcile their accounts and understand the nature of the charges.

It is important for prospective Dq Treat franchisees to understand how different services and fees are identified on their bank statements. Knowing that "RESTAURANT MAGIC" is associated with Data Central Services allows franchisees to accurately track and manage their expenses related to these services. If franchisees have any questions or concerns about specific charges, they should contact Dq Treat or Restaurant Magic directly for clarification.
