What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dq Treat FDD, the sale and pricing of Acumera's services to participating locations are governed by several documents. These include a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Work Orders, Statements of Work (SOW), and Service Fees and Pricing Exhibits. A Work Order becomes part of and is governed by the Master Services Agreement upon submission, indicating that the MSA provides the overarching framework for the services. Acumera is not obligated to provide services until a completed Work Order or SOW has been submitted and accepted.
The Statement of Work and Pricing Exhibit (SOW) is also subject to and made part of either a Computer Network Service Agreement (CNSA) or a Master Services Agreement (MSA) between the customer and Acumera. The SOW, along with the CNSA/MSA, governs the sale and pricing of services. The SOW includes the contractual pricing for services provided to the customer by Acumera, with additional terms subject to the pricing schedule or any associated exhibits.
Several installation options and fees are outlined, such as remote installation during business hours (included in the setup fee), remote installation during extended hours on weekdays ($149 per hour) and weekends ($179 per hour), and on-site installation options with varying costs depending on the time and duration. Additional fees may apply for expedited installation ($200) and equipment shipment ($25 minimum). Franchisees should carefully review these documents to understand the full scope of services, pricing, and potential additional costs associated with Acumera's services.
