For the year 2024, why were some franchised Dog Haus Biergartens excluded from Table 4?

There were 33 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens in operation for at least one year as of December 31, 2024. Table 4 includes actual historical information for 27 of these franchised Dog Haus Biergartens provided to us by our franchisees. Similar information for the remaining franchised Dog Haus Biergartens were believed to be incomplete, inaccurate or unreliable and not included in Table 4, because: (i) one of these 33 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from May 1, 2024 through May 31, 2024; (ii) one of these 33 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from May 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024; (iii) one of these 33 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from June 1, 2024 through November 30, 2024; (iv) one of these 33 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from July 1, 2024 through November 30, 2024; (v) one of these 33 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from October 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024; and (vi) one of these 33 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from October 1, 2024 through November 30, 2024. Two Dog Haus Biergartens were reclassified as Dog Haus Fast Casual Restaurants during the 2024 fiscal year and are no longer included in Table 4 and are now included in Table 1. None of the franchised Dog Haus Biergartens excluded from Table 4 closed after being open for less than 12 months during this period.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Table 4 includes the gross sales information for franchised Dog Haus Biergartens that were open for more than one year as of December 31, 2024. Of the 33 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens in operation for at least one year as of that date, only 27 are included in Table 4. The reason for excluding the other six is due to concerns about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the data provided by the franchisees.
The FDD specifies that one Dog Haus Biergarten was temporarily closed from May 1, 2024, through May 31, 2024. Another was temporarily closed from May 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024. A third location was temporarily closed for a more extended period, from June 1, 2024, through November 30, 2024. Similarly, another was temporarily closed from July 1, 2024, through November 30, 2024. The fifth was temporarily closed from October 1, 2024, through October 31, 2024 and the sixth was temporarily closed from October 1, 2024, through November 30, 2024.
In addition, the FDD states that two Dog Haus Biergartens were reclassified as Dog Haus Fast Casual Restaurants during the 2024 fiscal year. These reclassified locations are now included in Table 1, which covers Dog Haus Fast Casual Restaurants. The FDD also clarifies that none of the franchised Dog Haus Biergartens excluded from Table 4 closed after being open for less than 12 months during the specified period.
