There were 31 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens in operation for at least one year as of December 31, 2023. Similar information for the remaining franchised Dog Haus Biergartens were believed to be incomplete, inaccurate or unreliable and not included in Table 5, because: (i) one of these 31 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from April 1, 2023 through June 25, 2023; (ii) one of these 31 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from January 1, 2023 through May 15, 2023; (iii) one of these 31 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from August 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023; and (iv) one of these 31 franchised Dog Haus Biergartens was temporarily closed from March 1, 2023 through November 30, 2023. Two franchised Dog Haus Biergartens closed during the period of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. None of the franchised Dog Haus Biergartens excluded from Table 5 closed after being open for less than 12 months during this period.
