What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dog Haus retains the right to inspect a franchised restaurant. These inspections allow Dog Haus to ensure that the restaurant is being operated according to the Franchise Agreement, the Dog Haus System standards, and the guidelines outlined in the Manuals.
The inspections may involve Dog Haus representatives conferring with the franchisee's supervisorial or managerial employees. They may also inspect and check various aspects of the restaurant, including operations, food and beverages, furnishings, interior and exterior décor, supplies, fixtures, and equipment.
These inspections are a standard practice in franchising, allowing the franchisor to protect brand standards and ensure consistency across all locations. For a prospective Dog Haus franchisee, this means being prepared for periodic visits from the franchisor and maintaining operations in accordance with the established guidelines. Maintaining these standards is crucial for the success of the franchise and the overall reputation of the Dog Haus brand.
