You will have full responsibility for all orders sent to your Remote Kitchen for fulfillment, including (i) the preparation and packaging of all orders on a timely basis and in a professional manner; (ii) compliance with all applicable laws in the fulfillment of the orders; (iii) compliance with the fulfillment requirements of each order; and (iv) performance of all of your obligations under your Franchise Agreement, the Remote Kitchen Addendum to Franchise Agreement, and any other agreements with us or our affiliates.
