Area Developer further acknowledges and agrees that Franchisor has made no warranty or representation that area development agreements or franchise agreements previously issued or issued after this Agreement by Franchisor do or will contain terms substantially similar to those contained in this Agreement.
Franchisor may, in its reasonable business judgment and its sole and absolute discretion, due to local business conditions or otherwise, waive or modify comparable provisions of other Agreements previously executed or executed after the date of this Agreement with other Dog Haus area developers and franchisees in a non-uniform manner.
