What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after a prospective franchisee submits a proposed site for their restaurant, Dog Haus will notify them in writing whether the site is accepted or rejected within approximately 30 days. This 30-day period begins once Dog Haus receives all the information they require to evaluate the site.
This means that franchisees need to gather and submit all required information promptly to get a decision within the stated timeframe. The 30-day notification period provides a reasonable timeframe for franchisees to plan their next steps, whether it involves moving forward with the accepted site or searching for an alternative location.
It is important to note that the 30-day notification is an estimate, and the actual time may vary depending on the complexity of the site evaluation and the completeness of the information provided by the franchisee. Franchisees should maintain open communication with Dog Haus during the site selection process to address any potential delays or information gaps.
