We do not have a set schedule for the training courses and we hold initial training classes as needed to train new Dog Haus franchisees. Training is conducted by members of our headquarters and operations team under the supervision of Alan Bonaparte with 8 months of experience with us. |

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the length and content of the Pre-Opening Initial Training Program can be varied at Dog Haus's discretion. This flexibility allows Dog Haus to tailor the training to the experience and skill level of each individual franchisee attending the program. As of December 31, 2024, the primary instructional material for the training programs is the Manuals.
Dog Haus may also provide all or portions of the Pre-Opening Initial Training Program virtually. For the first franchised restaurant, Dog Haus provides on-site training and assistance for up to 10 days, which can be a combination of time before and after the restaurant opens. Additionally, Dog Haus provides on-site assistance for up to 3 days during the grand opening promotional event, which must occur 2-4 weeks after the restaurant opens. However, the length of time that on-site training and assistance is provided may also be varied by Dog Haus.
This variability in training length and content means that some franchisees may receive more or less training than others, depending on their prior experience and skills. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific criteria Dog Haus uses to determine the length and content of the training program to understand what to expect. Franchisees are responsible for covering certain costs associated with the training, such as transportation, food, and lodging for their personnel, as well as potential reimbursement for Dog Haus employees' travel expenses.
