What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dog Haus Franchise Disclosure Document, if a Dog Haus franchisee fails to operate their restaurant in compliance with the franchise agreement or the manuals, Dog Haus may require the franchisee, the Principal Owner, and each General Manager and/or other supervisorial or managerial personnel to attend Post-Opening Additional Training Programs to address the operating deficiencies.

Dog Haus provides franchisees with access to their current manuals electronically or in hard copy, which contain both mandatory and recommended specifications, standards, procedures, rules, and other information pertinent to the Dog Haus system and the franchisee's obligations. These manuals may change during the term of the agreement, and franchisees are obligated to comply with the standards and methods prescribed in them.

Dog Haus also has the right to conduct inspections of the franchised restaurant to ensure compliance with the agreement and manuals. These inspections can be conducted physically or remotely. The franchisee is responsible for implementing any changes to the Dog Haus system within the time periods specified by Dog Haus after receiving notice. Failure to comply with these requirements can lead to the mandatory additional training programs.
