What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Dog Haus Franchise Disclosure Document, if an Area Developer defaults based on Article 16 of the Franchise Agreement, Dog Haus specifies certain actions that must be taken. The Area Developer must immediately stop using Dog Haus's trademarks and remove any branding from the franchised restaurant.

Additionally, the Area Developer is obligated to pay all outstanding amounts owed to Dog Haus and return any operational manuals provided by the company. Dog Haus retains the option to take over all telephone numbers associated with the franchised restaurant.

Furthermore, Dog Haus has the option to require the Area Developer to either cancel or assign to them any internet websites, web pages, email addresses, or assumed names that include Dog Haus trademarks. These post-termination obligations are further detailed in Article 17 of the Franchise Agreement.
