What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Guarantee allows for electronic signatures. The document states that electronic signatures on the Guarantee are considered the same as handwritten signatures regarding the Guarantee's validity, enforceability, and admissibility.

Furthermore, copies of the Guarantee transmitted via email or fax are considered original copies if they are fully executed, dated, and identical to the original hard copy. This provision offers flexibility for guarantors who may not be able to sign the documents in person, streamlining the signature process.

This acceptance of electronic and faxed signatures is a modern convenience, aligning with current business practices and technology. It simplifies the process of executing the Guarantee, potentially reducing delays and administrative burdens for both Dog Haus and its franchisees.
