What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement itself refers to several exhibits, but does not explicitly state which exhibit contains the current form of the Franchise Agreement.

However, Section 3.2 discusses the franchisee's option to renew the franchise agreement. It states that upon expiration of the initial term, the franchisee has the right to enter into a new franchise agreement in the "Then-Current form then generally being offered to prospective Dog Haus Franchisees." Similarly, section 14.4.4 discusses the requirements for a proposed buyer of a franchise, stating that "The Proposed Buyer must sign Franchisor's Then-Current form of Franchise Agreement".

While the FDD mentions the "Then-Current form of Franchise Agreement" in the context of renewals and assignments, it does not specify which exhibit contains the actual agreement. A prospective franchisee should ask the franchisor directly which exhibit contains the current franchise agreement to fully understand the contractual obligations and terms.
