You may open a Franchised Restaurant under the Area Development Agreement only by signing a Franchise Agreement after you obtain a Franchised Location. As noted above, we estimate the length of time between signing a Franchise Agreement and the opening of your Franchised Restaurant is 12 months for a Fast Casual Restaurant or Biergarten and 30 days for Remote Kitchen.
