According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must operate their restaurants in accordance with the franchisor's business standards and merchandising policies, as well as all Applicable Laws. The agreement states that franchisees must comply with all Applicable Laws pertaining to the privacy of customer, employee, and transactional information, also referred to as "Privacy Laws".

Furthermore, Dog Haus franchisees must also comply with the franchisor's standards and policies related to Privacy Laws. If there is a conflict between Dog Haus's standards/policies and Applicable Law, the franchisee is required to adhere to Applicable Law, immediately notify the franchisor in writing about the conflict, and cooperate with the franchisor to find the most effective way to meet the franchisor's standards and policies within the bounds of Applicable Law. The franchisee cannot publish, disseminate, implement, revise, or rescind a data privacy policy without the franchisor's prior written consent.
