What are the Area Developer's responsibilities regarding the lease or purchase agreement for each Dog Haus Restaurant?

According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Area Developer has the sole responsibility to review and approve each lease or purchase agreement for each Dog Haus Restaurant to be developed under the Area Development Agreement.
