Area Developer further acknowledges and agrees that it is Area Developer's sole responsibility to review and approve each Lease or purchase agreement for each Dog Haus Restaurant to be developed under this Agreement. Each Lease shall comply with the requirements set forth in Sections 5.1 and 5.2 of Franchisor's current Franchise Agreement.
