What agreements must I sign to operate a Dog Haus Remote Kitchen?

Under this program, you will sign a Franchise Agreement (Exhibit A) and a Remote Kitchen Addendum to your Franchise Agreement (Exhibit C) which will grant you the right to operate one remote Dog Haus delivery and pickup kitchen at a partially equipped commercial kitchen within a multi-kitchen facility (a "Remote Kitchen"). All provisions of our Franchise Agreement will apply to a Remote Kitchen unless otherwise stated in the Remote Kitchen Addendum. You will also sign an agreement (the "Remote Kitchen Agreement") with an Approved Supplier of Remote Kitchens, which will grant you the right to operate the Remote Kitchen at the approved kitchen facility (the "Facility"). Our Approved Suppliers of Remote Kitchens may change the terms of the Remote Kitchen Agreement at any time. Remote Kitchens are only offered where our Approved Suppliers' Facilities are located, which may not be in an area where you wish to operate.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to operate a Remote Kitchen, you must sign a Franchise Agreement, which is detailed in Exhibit A, and a Remote Kitchen Addendum to the Franchise Agreement, as shown in Exhibit C. These agreements grant you the right to operate a Dog Haus delivery and pickup kitchen within a multi-kitchen facility.
Additionally, you will need to sign a Remote Kitchen Agreement with an Approved Supplier of Remote Kitchens. This agreement grants you the right to operate the Remote Kitchen at the approved kitchen facility. It is important to note that the terms of the Remote Kitchen Agreement can be changed at any time by Dog Haus's Approved Suppliers.
The FDD also states that Remote Kitchens are only offered where the Approved Suppliers' Facilities are located, which may not be in an area where you wish to operate. Therefore, prospective franchisees should carefully consider the location and terms of all agreements before committing to a Dog Haus Remote Kitchen franchise.
