What agreement must be executed for each Dog Haus Restaurant developed by the Area Developer?

According to Dog Haus's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, for each Dog Haus Restaurant that an Area Developer plans to develop, open, and operate, both parties must execute Dog Haus's Then-Current Franchise Agreement. The specific form of this agreement may differ from the sample Dog Haus Franchise Agreement included in the Franchise Disclosure Document provided to the Area Developer before the agreement's effective date.

Before the Area Developer can develop each Dog Haus Restaurant, certain conditions must be met. In addition to executing the Then-Current Franchise Agreement, the Area Developer must provide Dog Haus with a General Release in a form acceptable to Dog Haus. The Area Developer must also pay the Initial Franchise Fee when the Franchise Agreement is executed and returned to Dog Haus. These conditions ensure that the Dog Haus System, trademarks, trade secrets, and associated goodwill are protected as the Area Developer expands within their designated territory.
