What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Dog Haus Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must submit weekly statistical control forms and other financial, operational, and statistical information that the franchisor may require. If a franchisee fails to transmit the reporting information to Dog Haus in the specified manner, time, and format, they will be required to pay an administrative assessment. The FDD states that these violations will damage Dog Haus in amounts that cannot be precisely quantified and that the administrative assessments are a reasonable, good faith estimate of those damages. However, the specific amount of the 'Administrative Assessment' fee for the first reporting violation is not specified in the provided excerpts. A prospective franchisee should inquire directly with the franchisor about the exact fee schedule for administrative assessments related to reporting violations.
