Market and Competition:

The market for your Franchised Business base includes residential and commercial properties, home owners' associations, multi-family residential communities, shopping centers, colleges/universities, corporate campuses and other commercial accounts. Depending on the geographic location of your territory your Franchised Business may be seasonal. The market may also be affected by economic conditions in your designated territory.

You will compete with landscaping and lawn care businesses, including national, regional and local companies, offering services similar to those offered by your Franchised Business. There are other lawn care franchises, as well as independent businesses and individual providers that may offer similar services and products.
