1. Pre-Opening Obligations
Before you open your Franchised Business, we will:
- a. designate the boundaries of your territory (Franchise Agreement, Section 8.1).
- b. provide the Devon Creek Operations Manual and other manuals and training aids we designate for use in the operation of your Devon Creek Franchised Outlet, as they may be revised from time to time (Franchise Agreement, Section 10.2).
- c. provide a written list of specifications/names for approved suppliers for franchisee's business including and not limited to;
