What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Devon Creek's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to furnish a Gross Revenue Report on a weekly basis. Specifically, the franchisee must submit the report each Wednesday, covering the Gross Revenue from the previous week.
The Gross Revenue Report must be in a format and contain information as prescribed by Devon Creek. The report can be submitted electronically through the computer system that Devon Creek requires the franchisee to use.
Along with the Gross Revenue Report, the franchisee must also pay the Royalty Fee and Brand Development Fund Contribution. Failure to report Gross Revenues on time can result in a late fee and interest charges, and Devon Creek may collect 120% of the last Royalty Fee payable until the report is submitted. Devon Creek will reconcile the amounts once the Gross Revenues are reported.
