What are National Accounts, as defined in the Devon Creek franchise agreement?

According to Devon Creek's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, National Accounts are defined as customers who conduct business across multiple areas or have multiple locations or properties either regionally or nationally. The franchise agreement specifically mentions real estate brokerage firms, property management firms, residential investors, and real estate developers as examples of National Accounts.

Devon Creek retains the right to solicit, sell to, negotiate rates with, and service these National Accounts. However, Devon Creek may offer a franchisee the opportunity to service these accounts within their territory, but the franchisee must accept negotiated terms. If the franchisee declines, Devon Creek can service the National Accounts directly or allow another franchisee to do so.

It's important to note that franchisees will not receive compensation for sales made by Devon Creek through Alternate Distribution Channels or declined National Accounts within their territory.
