According to the 2024 Devon Creek Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use the Aspire CRM platform as their current Business Management System. The franchisee must also use QuickBooks Online as their digital bookkeeping application and adhere to the chart of accounts prescribed by Devon Creek.

The FDD states that the current Aspire CRM fee is $300 per month, plus .0055% of gross revenue, but this is subject to change by the provider. The franchisee is responsible for the cost of purchasing the required hardware and software, which currently ranges from $2,000 to $5,000. Devon Creek may also modify or establish other service performance or revenue reporting systems in the future, and the franchisee must cooperate in implementing these changes at their own expense.

Devon Creek has the right to access all information generated by and stored in the franchisee's computer system, including revenue information and customer data. The franchisee must sign any documents required to allow Devon Creek to independently and electronically access and retrieve this information. All client data stored in the computer system is owned by Devon Creek. These stipulations give Devon Creek considerable oversight and control over the franchisee's business operations and data management.
