How many people can attend the Devon Creek pre-opening training?

According to Devon Creek's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor provides pre-opening training of four weeks for the franchisee and up to one additional person. This means that at no additional cost, two people can attend the pre-opening training.

The FDD also states that the cost of the instructors, training materials, and up to two days of on-site training are included in the initial franchise fee. However, franchisees are responsible for all travel and personal expenses, including transportation and most meals, for themselves and their personnel.

If a franchisee wishes to send additional trainees or replacement trainees to the initial training, Devon Creek charges a fee of $400 per person per day per trainer.
