Does Devon Creek maintain a website for the franchise?

According to the 2024 Devon Creek Franchise Disclosure Document, Devon Creek Franchise Group, LLC maintains a website with a link to the franchisee's business contact information and completed work.

Devon Creek may establish one or more websites to market and promote the Devon Creek franchise system and the franchise opportunity. Devon Creek may design and provide a "click through" subpage at their website(s) for the benefit of the franchisee's business. The franchisee must provide Devon Creek with the information that they request to build out the "click through" subpages. Devon Creek is responsible for maintaining all photo galleries, calendars, or other information contained on the subpages.

The franchisee may not establish their own website or use social media platforms for the promotion of their franchised business without Devon Creek's prior written consent. Devon Creek will control all social media initiatives. The franchisee will not be given access to branded social media pages/handles/assets, as these will be maintained by Devon Creek. Devon Creek reserves the right to conduct collective/national campaigns via social media on the franchisee's behalf.
