Besides the franchisee, how many additional people can receive pre-opening training from Devon Creek?

According to Devon Creek's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the pre-opening obligations, Devon Creek will provide pre-opening training of four weeks for the franchisee and up to one additional person.

This means that Devon Creek franchisees can have themselves and one other member of their team trained before the franchise opens. This training is part of the initial support offered by Devon Creek to help new franchisees get their business up and running.

If the franchisee wants to train more people, they may have to pay an additional fee. The cost of instructors, training materials, and up to two days of on-site training are included in the initial franchise fee. However, the franchisee must pay for all travel and personal expenses, including transportation and most meals, for themselves and their personnel. The current fee to provide initial training to any additional trainees or replacement trainees who attend training is $400 per person per day per trainer.
