  • 6.4 New Franchisee Training. Franchisee's Principal Executive and one additional chef or general manager must complete Desi District Franchise Group's training program for new

franchisees to Desi District Franchise Group's satisfaction at least four weeks before opening the Business.

  • 6.5 Conditions to Opening. Franchisee shall notify Desi District Franchise Group at least 30 days before Franchisee intends to open the Business to the public.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the general manager must complete the Desi District Franchise Group's training program. Specifically, the business must be under the on-site supervision of the Principal Executive or a general manager who has completed Desi District's training program.

Furthermore, the franchisee's Principal Executive and one additional chef or general manager must complete Desi District Franchise Group's training program for new franchisees to Desi District Franchise Group's satisfaction at least four weeks before opening the Business.

Desi District may also require the Principal Executive and/or any other employees to complete additional training programs at any time, in any format, and in any location determined by Desi District Franchise Group. The franchisee is responsible for all travel, living, and other expenses associated with this training.
