The instruction materials consist primarily of our Onboarding Checklist which contains links organized by section for all applicable written procedures, training videos and a shadowing/coaching checklist and approval process all required to successfully and fully complete the necessary training. Additional instructional material will be provided consisting of additional similar training (additional procedures, additional video training, additional checklists, etc.) for "higher-level" functions required of the franchisee and/or the individual acting as the owner/operator and/or manager of the franchisee.

According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the instruction materials for training consist primarily of their Onboarding Checklist. This checklist is organized by section and contains links to all applicable written procedures, training videos, and a shadowing/coaching checklist. The checklist also includes an approval process, all of which are required to successfully and fully complete the necessary training.
Desi District also provides additional instructional material consisting of similar training resources, such as additional procedures, video training, and checklists. These resources cover "higher-level" functions required of the franchisee and/or the individual acting as the owner/operator and/or manager of the franchisee.
Training classes are scheduled based on the needs of new franchisees and may be conducted remotely, at a corporate location, or at the franchisee's location once build-out is sufficiently complete. The training is led by the franchisor(s) and/or their delegates, who are typically experienced individuals such as corporate-employed managers or senior employees with at least one year of experience. Some aspects of the training are self-directed, utilizing video training and instructional materials created by Desi District.
