What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Principal Executive is required to attend meetings. The Principal Executive must make reasonable efforts to attend all in-person and remote meetings, including national or regional brand conventions.
Desi District requires the Principal Executive to attend these meetings, and the franchisee must ensure the Principal Executive does not miss more than three consecutive required meetings.
This requirement ensures that the Principal Executive stays informed about the brand's strategies, updates, and standards. It also provides a platform for networking and collaboration with other franchisees and the franchisor. Failing to comply with the meeting attendance requirement could potentially lead to consequences as outlined in the franchise agreement.
