The instruction materials consist primarily of our Onboarding Checklist which contains links organized by section for all applicable written procedures, training videos and a shadowing/coaching checklist and approval process all required to successfully and fully complete the necessary training. Additional instructional material will be provided consisting of additional similar training (additional procedures, additional video training, additional checklists, etc.) for "higher-level" functions required of the franchisee and/or the individual acting as the owner/operator and/or manager of the franchisee.

Desi District uses the Onboarding Checklist to ensure franchisees receive comprehensive training. The training program includes both classroom and on-the-job training, covering topics such as Desi District culture, operations, pricing, and customer satisfaction. The training can take place remotely, at a corporate location, or at the franchisee's location once it is sufficiently built out.
In addition to the Onboarding Checklist, Desi District provides additional instructional material for higher-level functions required of the franchisee, owner/operator, or manager. Training classes are led by the franchisor or their delegates, who typically have at least one year of experience and have successfully completed their own training and facilitated training for others. Some aspects of the training are self-directed, with franchisees following the training structure using video training and instructional materials created by the franchisor.
