Who must provide on-site supervision at the Desi District Business?

According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Desi District business must have on-site supervision at all times. This supervision must be provided either by the Principal Executive or a general manager.

The Principal Executive is the person designated on the Summary Page of the franchise agreement as primarily responsible for the business, possessing decision-making authority. This Principal Executive must also have at least a 10% ownership interest in the franchise. While the Principal Executive is not required to be the day-to-day general manager, they must devote substantial time and attention to the business.

Alternatively, a general manager can provide on-site supervision, provided that they have completed Desi District's training program. This ensures that regardless of whether it's the owner or a designated manager, someone with adequate training and a vested interest is always overseeing the operations of the Desi District franchise. This requirement helps maintain the quality and consistency of the Desi District brand.
