If you request, we will provide advice to you (by telephone or electronic communication) regarding improving and developing your business, and resolving operating problems you encounter, to the extent we deem reasonable. If we provide in-person support in response to your request, we may charge a fee (currently $600 per day) plus any out-of-pocket expenses (such as travel, lodging, and meals for our employees providing onsite support). What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, after opening your business, Desi District will provide advice to you, upon request, regarding improving and developing your business, and resolving operating problems you encounter, to the extent they deem reasonable. Desi District also offers assistance with other aspects of your business. They will provide suggested staffing levels and guidelines for hiring employees, as well as operational instructions in the Brand Standards Manual. Additionally, upon request, Desi District will provide recommended prices for products and services. They also provide recommended procedures for administration, bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory control.
