What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for an Eatery only is $30,000. This fee is payable when you sign the franchise agreement. The FDD specifies that this initial franchise fee is uniform and non-refundable.

For franchisees interested in developing multiple Desi District locations, the initial franchise fee is reduced to $22,500 for the Eatery only model after the first franchise. Prospective franchisees should note that the initial franchise fee covers the right to open a Desi District franchise but does not include other costs such as inventory, which ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 for the Eatery model and must be purchased through Desi District's affiliate, TAR Distributors, Inc.
