What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Desi District's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Desi District Franchise Group can require the Principal Executive and other employees to complete training programs after the franchise opens. Desi District determines the format and location of these training programs.
Desi District may charge a reasonable fee for these post-opening training programs. Additionally, Desi District can require the franchisee to provide training programs to its own employees.
If the Principal Executive or other employees are required to travel for training, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and other related expenses.
